We sell only first quality merchandise purchased directly from CCM, Majestic, Adidas, K-1 Sportswear, Nike-Bauer, Reebok, New Era, G-111, JHDESIGNS, and other fine companies.
We have the easiest return policy in the industry. Unlike other online stores, you do not need to call or email us for an authorization.
- Follow these 3 steps.
- Neatly repackage the item purchased, leaving tags intact.
- Include a note requesting an exchange or refund. (we refund purchase less shipping unless we made an error).
- Try to do this within 21 days, so that we may offer the merchandise to other customers. Holiday exchanges and returns thru Jan. 28th, 2009.
- If it is a gift do not worry. We will work out an exchange on non customized jerseys.
Use the least expensive shipping method which is UPS ground (easy to track) or USMAIL(insured).

Please keep in mind that Customized Jerseys cannot be returned, so please verify your size before ordering. However if it is a player jersey we will try to work out an exchange if possible. Most customers buy jerseys to fit loose.

CUSTOMIZED JERSEYS: If the blank jersey is in stock, NHL customized usually take 3 weeks to sew, but sometimes we get lucky and they are finished sooner. MLB jerseys usually take closer to 3 weeks if we have the jersey in stock at time of your order. During the playoffs and Christmas all custom jerseys can take up to 4 weeks. We will email you with an estimated ship date.

All credit card information is stored on Yahoo! secure servers (only for 30 days) which we view when your order is ready to ship. Your financial information is not floating through cyberspace nor is your credit card info being sent by email.
Credit card processing for online orders is handled by First Charter in real time with address verification. They are an extremely efficient and secure company.
All transactions are verified for an address match so please include the proper address that you receive your credit card statement at in the bill to section on the order form.
Any hard copy or paperwork pertaining to your order is destroyed in 60 days and shredded before being discarded. Unlike many other companies we do not keep a record of your credit card information in a permanent file.
Any information we obtain about you is kept private. We have no interest in selling or distributing anything except our sports apparel and hats. Unlike some other websites our customers are never required to "register" before making a purchase.

We might do a quarterly "inventory sale" email in the future to alert our customers to special sales, but in 9 years online we have never done a mass mailing. We only contact our customers regarding their orders or inquires.
