Customized NHL jerseys that need to be sewn, can take 3-4 weeks to complete.

In Stock merchandise is shipping fast. USPS Express is now offered for 1-2 day delivery on in stock merchandise.

After we ship your order: Ground shipping is either USPS or UPS (2-4 business days depending on location). We will choose whichever we think is faster.

We will advise you fast if there is an issue with your order.

Contact Us

We answer email fast. Sometimes during the day within minutes. If checking on the status of a customized hockey jersey, they are sent out to be customized and take 3-4 weeks to ship.

I was too busy to answer the phone this holiday season and I unplugged it. It was very peaceful not listening to it ring every 3 minutes. I now no longer answer the phone. If you have questions please email.

Most emails are answered within 24 hours, some faster during the day.

Our phone number is (313) 928-6088. This is usually an answering machine but since I unplugged the phone I think it just keeps ringing. We are averaging over 25 incoming calls per hour with the majority of calls from overseas internet companies wanting to sell us advertising and robo calls peddling mortgages. This is overwhelming and we can not afford to hire someone just to answer the phone, and continue to maintain discount pricing.

We are always on the move, meeting with sales reps, going to the post office, UPS, and sewing/customization companies. Your order is important to us and we try our best to provide you with a smooth, honest transaction and communicate any issues via email fast.

If you order online and there is an issue with delivery of an item or a financial issue we answer email fast.

Customized Jersey Information

Our sewing companies are experts in jersey customization. NHL Adult and Youth jerseys are customized using the same style the players wear. We send jerseys to authorized sewing companies to be professionally sewn.

Please keep in mind jerseys are hand sewn and if a patch or letter is slightly off center this is normal.

Completion of customized NHL jerseys is 3-4 weeks. We will email you an estimated ship date.

Infant, Toddler, and Child NHL and MLB jerseys usually ship in 2 weeks or less and are customized with printed name and numbers. This method is used to keep the cost low, and they look great.

MLB authentic jerseys can take 4 weeks to ship. These are customized by Majestic and are the same as the pros wear.

Beware of pre lettered NHL jerseys from Reebok that are advertised as "screen print twill appliqu� player name and number". These are real jerseys but the back name and number is not sewn on like the players wear. The feedback we receive from our customers that have bought these jerseys in the past is not positive.

Order / Payment Methods

Orders are placed online by adding items to the shopping cart then following the easy checkout procedure.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information safe and secure.

Orders for in stock merchandise are charged when packed and shipped. Customized player jerseys are charged when shipped in 3-4 weeks. Customized jerseys with personal names are usually charged when ordered and the jersey will ship in 3-4 weeks, sometimes sooner.

Currencies

All prices are in US dollars. If ordering from outside the USA your credit card company will convert the charge into your local currency. You can use a currency conversion calculator (found on yahoo finance or google) to get an estimate of purchase price in your currency.

Taxes & Duties

There are no taxes for orders shipped in the USA except for Michigan residents (6% Michigan sales tax).

Shipping

Regular ground shipping within the USA we use USMAIL Priority or UPS ground and charge a flat $7 for any size order. Delivery for In Stock merchandise is usually 2-4 days depending on location. We will choose the method that we think will deliver to you faster.

Next Day Air is $25 and we now use USPS Post Office Express. It is usual 1 day delivery, Monday thru Saturday, but can be 2 days due to a remote delivery location or possible weather delays. Next Day Air applies to in stock items. Customized jerseys still require time to be completed.

International Shipping

We ship to international destinations daily using USMAIL Priority or USMAIL Express. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 days after shipped.

Any size order to Canada is $25 for Priority (6-10 days). During peak holiday seasons please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Any size order to other countries is $35 for Priority/Express Mail.

Orders outside of the USA can sometimes incur taxes and customs duties. Our Canadian, Japanese and South Korean customers tell us that duties/taxes are very low and many times nothing is charged. European customers tell us $15-$20 is common. Please check with your local authorities for more information.

Estimated Delivery Dates

In stock merchandise ships within 2 days and is usually delivered to USA addresses within 2-4 days after we ship, depending on where you live.

We ship from Michigan. After we ship your order, ground delivery to the east and southeast is 2-3 days. Ground delivery to the west and southwest is 3-5 days.

Out of stock MLB merchandise is ordered directly from Majestic and is usually shipped within 10 days.

Customized adult NHL and MLB jerseys can take from 4 weeks to complete. We will email you an estimated shipping date for customized jersey orders.

Customized child and toddler jerseys take 2 weeks.

Please email us with any shipping concerns if you need an item by a certain date so we can honestly tell you if we can fulfill your request.

Tracking An Order

Orders cannot be tracked until they are shipped. When we package your order a UPS or Stamps.com (US Mail) tracking number is emailed to you with instructions on how to track your package.

You will be unable to track the progress of a customized jersey until it is completed and shipped. If you need a customized jersey by a specific date please email us before you order so we can honestly tell you if we can fulfill your request.

If you ordered online and we emailed you that your order has shipped via UPS you can track your package.

Please enter your 5 Digit Sports-K Order Number Followed by Y to track your package. For example, if your order number is 86410, enter 86410Y.

Lost or Damaged Packages, Late Deliveries

Since our first online order in 1999, very few packages have been lost or damaged. If you receive a damaged package, please email us. We will replace the merchandise and email you with instructions regarding the damaged package.

When we ship you an order you will be supplied a tracking number by UPS or USPS. If your package does not arrive do not worry. Just email us and we will take care of everything.

We understand your frustration regarding late deliveries. This is not our fault. Your order was shipped extremely fast but very rarely, UPS/USPS fails to honor their service guarantee. If a package was delayed due to UPS or USPS error and you no longer need or want your order you may refuse the package or send it back unopened and we will issue you a full refund.

Returns / Exchanges

If you are uncertain about sizing, and cannot determine the proper fit from our sizing chart, we recommend that you purchase jerseys to fit loose.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return any unworn, non-customized merchandise within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. We have the easiest return policy in the industry. No need to call or email us for an authorization. Just follow the steps below:

Neatly repackage the unworn, clean item, leaving tags intact. Include a note requesting an exchange or refund (We refund purchase less shipping unless we made an error). Use UPS ground (easy to track) or US MAIL (insured).

Canceling An Order

We ship in stock orders extremely fast. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email us and we will try to accommodate you. Customized jerseys with personal names cannot be cancelled once the sewing process has been started.

Our agreements with most manufacturers do not allow us to sell wholesale to other retailers. However we can assist in the outfitting of your hockey or baseball team and offer a team discount. We do offer discounts for charitable fundraising events and corporate group sales. Please email with any questions.

Any information we obtain about you is kept private. We have no interest in selling or distributing anything except our sports apparel.

Credit card processing for secure online ordering is handled by Fifth Third Processing Solutions Powered by Vantiv, in real time with address verification. You may also use PayPal for online purchases.

All transactions are verified for an address match so please include the address that you receive your credit card statement at, in the bill to section on the order form.

Any paperwork pertaining to your order is destroyed within 60 days and shredded before being discarded. Unlike many other companies we do not keep a permanent record of your credit card information and we do not require you to �register� before making a purchase.
